1. Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are encrypted and processed through a trusted third-party provider. Your card will be charged immediately upon the successful completion of your order.
  • Bank Transfer Payments: For bank transfer payments, after placing your order, you will receive our bank details to complete the payment. Please include your order number as the payment reference. Your order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed in our account. 

3. Security

  • We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. All payment data is securely processed by our payment gateway provider.

4. Payment Verification

5. Currency

  • All transactions are processed in NZ Dollar If you are paying with a credit or debit card issued by a bank outside of NZ additional bank fees and exchange rates may apply. Please check with your bank for more details.

6. Failed Payments

  • If your payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, we will notify you by email. You may choose to retry the payment using another method or card. If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, your order may be automatically canceled.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For bank transfers, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
